Outbound for early-stage B2B teams

Find the right people. Write from your own Gmail. Get the meeting.

Sellebrum reads who you sell to, finds people who fit, researches each company, and drafts a short note built on what it found. You keep the leads you trust, then review each email or let it send on its own. When someone replies with a time, it lands on your calendar.

How it works

From “who do we sell to?” to a meeting on your calendar.

Six steps. You decide at the two that matter: who gets an email, and what it says.

Step 1 of 6

Tell us who you sell to

Point us at your website or drop an ICP file you already have. We write down who to email and who to skip. A four-question form is only the fallback.

Step 2 of 6

Pick the people

Upload your own list, or find people by job title in a business contact database. Every person waits for you: keep the ones you trust, drop the rest.

Step 3 of 6

Research each company

For every person you keep, the agents read recent public news about their company and keep only facts that come with a source and a date.

Step 4 of 6

Draft a short, grounded email

A first email built from those facts and your offer. A code check holds any name or number that is not in the research, so nothing gets invented.

Step 5 of 6

Send from your own Gmail

Review each email and send it yourself, or switch the campaign to autonomous and let drafts that pass every check go out on their own. Either way it leaves from the mailbox you already use.

Step 6 of 6

Say yes to a time

When a reply proposes a time, we ask one question: does this work for you? Yes books it on your Google Calendar and answers for you. No lets you offer other times.

You stay in control

Hands-on or hands-off. You decide, per campaign.

Review it, or let it run

You read each email, change anything you want, and click Send. Best while you are getting a feel for it.

  • Every draft waits for you
  • Edit the recipient, subject, or body
  • Nothing leaves until you send it
You choose the people

Every lead waits for you. Keep the ones you trust, drop the rest. Mail is only written for the people you keep.

Your mailbox, your calendar

Mail goes out from the Gmail you connect, so replies come back to you. Disconnect any time and the access is gone.

Early access

Try it on your own pipeline.

  • Drafts are written in seconds for the people you keep
Free during early access. We only use this to get in touch.
Questions

What founders ask us first.

Can it send emails on its own?

If you want it to. Each campaign runs in review or autonomous mode. In review, you read each draft, change anything, and click Send. In autonomous, drafts that pass every check go out from your Gmail without waiting for you, and anything without a source, anyone who opted out, and weak fits are held for you to look at. Switch a campaign either way at any time.

Where do the leads come from?

Your own list (any CSV export works), or people we find by job title in a business contact database, using only work emails it marks as valid. You keep or drop every one.

Why do I have to request access?

Sellebrum sends from your Gmail, and Google is still reviewing the app. Until it finishes, Google lets us connect only the addresses we add by hand, so we are opening Sellebrum a few teams at a time.

Will Google show me a warning?

Yes, a screen that says the app is not verified yet. That means Google has not finished its review, not that anything is hidden. We explain it in the app before you connect.

What does it cost?

Nothing during early access. We are working with a small group of founders first and will talk about pricing with you before that changes.

What do you do with my data?

Your leads, drafts, and Gmail connection stay in your workspace. Google tokens are stored encrypted, and you can disconnect Gmail or delete your account from the app.

Your next ten meetings, from the mailbox you already own.
